"Good was absolutely delicious! The service however, was mediocre. Our waitress had to be reminded several times of drink and dessert orders(understandable for larger parties, but there were only 3 of us). The Cajun pasta was very good! My family seemed to enjoy their food as well."

"2nd time but different location. We were seated at a nice comfortable booth but when I tried to stand up the floor was very slippery and I knocked my drink over trying catch myself. One my way to the bathroom I noticed all the floors were slippery, like they had mopped up grease maybe from the kitchen and used the same mop in the rest of the areas, including the bathroom. I mentioned several times to our waitress about the slippery floors but she never acknowledged my comment. After that she paid more attention to the next table. My husband enjoyed his gumbo. I ordered the grilled club. The bread was toasted, not grilled and would have elevated the taste. The fries were pretty good, although I had asked for crispy fries and they weren't."

"Simply amazing. It is rare that a party of 5 ordered 5 different entrees and all 5 we excellent. The appetizer Queso Pimento Cheese was great with just the right amount of zip. Main plates were presented well. I cant say enpugh about the taste. After all entrees & appetizer were consumed, we found enough room for dessert of a loaded brownie and a delectable blueberry cobbler. I could seriously have licked the plate the blueberries we sooo good. The atmosphere, Cleanliness, Staff friendly and attentive Price point, The food was excellent I highly recommend the Fresh hef Kitchen Statesville NC. A+ MY one and only suggestion would be, find some soup spoons."

"Passing through, I was looking for a place that I could get a healthy meal. I found the Fresh Chef Kitchen on Google and I'm so glad I stopped. Everything about this place is great! The smiling helpful and attentive staff, the food, and the portion sizes for the price. The kale salad with blackened salmon was huge and delicious. The tortilla chips with spinach and artichoke dip appetizer was a great start. And the homemade Kim lime pie was perfection! The attention to detail in atmosphere, food and attentiveness was outstanding! Will definitely visit again if I get back through here. Thank you Catherine (sp?) and staff for all your hard work!!"

"Service was grade A!! Food was on point!! The atmosphere was peaceful, chill and homey!!! When I came inside, I was immediately greeted by a very kind staff member there by the name of Mary. She was very sweet, informative, professional and polite. Mary made me feel very welcomed. I also met Trisha. Trisha was very nice, sweet, but most of all she was professional. She even offered me a free appetizer or dessert of my choosing, just for being a first time customer. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, asparagus and fried apples. For my desert I ordered a pecan pie. The food was delicious!! I had such a great experience that I swore I would come back with my husband the next day to try the new breakfast menu. Yep...came back the very next day!! I brought my husband with me and was greeted by a very nice lady with long dark hair that made sure our table was extra clean for us. Then we met a staff member named Kayla. She was energetic, respectful, funny, nice, and still very professional. She waited on us and we never needed anything because Kayla had us completely covered. We were greeted by Trisha and she was just as sweet of not sweeter than the day before. I had the vegetarian omelette, bacon, potatoes and a English muffin. My husband had a mixture of the Western and the vegetarian omelette except instead having ham he had sausage instead, potatoes, and a huge biscuit that was very moist and fluffy. It was definitely a "chefs kiss" kind of thing. I would highly recommend this place!! This is the type of place you come to eat with people you love. Therefore I can see me and my family being regulars there. Thank you Fresh Chef. Until we meet again..."
